Facial Data Collection:

Our App's primary functionality involves the analysis of facial features and traits. When you use our scanning and analysis features:

- We collect images of your face through your device's camera

- We analyze these images to identify and track facial traits and characteristics

- We store this data to provide you with progress tracking and personalized recommendations

You have control over when scanning occurs, and we only collect facial data when you actively choose to use the scanning feature.

FACIAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

Our App provides facial analysis through a secure, privacy-focused process that minimizes data retention.

What Facial Data We Collect:

When you use our scanning feature, we temporarily process:

• Facial photographs captured through your device's camera

• The photos are immediately transmitted to our servers for analysis

• Our analysis algorithms extract facial trait measurements and scores

• The original photographs are permanently deleted immediately after analysis completion

How We Use Facial Data:

• Facial photos are used solely for real-time analysis and scoring

• Photos are processed to generate numerical trait scores and beauty assessments

• Analysis results (numerical data only, not photos) are used to create progress tracking

• Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be used to improve our analysis algorithms

Data Storage and Retention:

• Facial photographs: NOT stored anywhere - deleted immediately after analysis (within minutes)

• Device storage: No facial photos are stored on your device

• Server storage: Photos are temporarily held only during active analysis processing, then permanently deleted

• Analysis results: Numerical scores and trait data (not photos) are stored on our secure servers

• Retention period: Analysis results are kept for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days

Where Data is Processed:

• Photos are captured on your device and encoded for secure transmission

• Encoded facial images are sent to OpenAI's API services for automated analysis

• OpenAI processes the images using their GPT-4 Vision model to generate trait assessments

• Our servers coordinate the analysis request and receive the numerical results from OpenAI

• Original photos are not permanently stored by us or OpenAI after analysis completion

• All data transmission uses secure HTTPS encryption

Third-Party Sharing:

• Facial photos are temporarily shared with OpenAI for automated analysis purposes only

• OpenAI receives encoded facial images through their secure API to generate beauty and trait assessments

• OpenAI's data handling is governed by their privacy policy and API terms of service

• We do NOT share photos with advertisers, social media platforms, or data brokers

• We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your facial data beyond the analysis service

• No facial photos or analysis results are shared with any other third parties beyond OpenAI

• OpenAI does not use submitted images for training their models per their API policy

Your Data Rights:

• You control when scanning occurs through active use of the camera feature

• By using the scan feature, you consent to temporary sharing with OpenAI for analysis

• Analysis results can be deleted at any time through the app

• Account deletion permanently removes all associated analysis data within 30 days

Security Measures:

International Users:

Facial photos are transmitted to OpenAI's secure servers (which may be located internationally) for analysis processing. OpenAI operates globally with data centers in various regions. Photos are processed according to OpenAI's security standards and immediately deleted after analysis completion, regardless of processing location.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated.
